Panini Press Chicken with barbecue steak topping
Panini Press Chicken with steak topping. One of the most important things with making boneless skinless chicken breast on a Panini press is to use thin even cuts of meat.
If your cuts of chicken breast are too thick they can be butterflied or you can always slice it in half too. Using a cut of meat that is 1/2″ or less is ideal for the Panini press.

After you have butterflied your chicken breasts you will need to tenderize or flatten them a little. This is done with the use of a meat mallet or another heavy thing such as a rolling pin.
